I know right? hahaha…
But I find that, even if I pantang, I still don’t get well fast.
Instead, when I fedup with pantang dy, and start eating all sorts of things is when I start to get better. hahah~~
hahha for my case, it does. i literally can feel it get worse. like ulcer getting bigger etc
