haha it`s a funny post but i am sorry cause i can`t understand you because i have a metabolism problem,which means food that i ate digest faster and i can`t gain any weight

Try jogging at 4:30~5pm and jog for 1 hour, then shower and it’s already dinner time. You can treat yourself to a good dinner as a reward. Me and my dad always do that on weekends =).
